I am thinking of participating in one, but I dont know how to train for it! How do I do that? Should I focus on strength or cardio?

Weightlifting with less weight and more reps as in 15×5 and jog for 30 sec and then sprint for 30 and repeat. I don’t know your psychical status. Just do as much as you can do. Sit ups, squats, bumbell press, calf raises, over head press(light weight please don’t kill yourself) deadlifts. Get plenty of protein, calcium potassium and magnesium. That’s means meat, veggies and fruit. No processed food or high fructose corn syrup, and no diet drinks(or energy drinks) and no diet food. Artificial sweeteners give cancer.
